The UCSF Department of Medicine was ranked #1 in the nation for its internal medicine program by US News & World Report. The ranking system combines peer assessments (from deans and residency directors) with data such as NIH funding and student selectivity.

AVON 39: The Walk to End Breast Cancer

The 15th annual San Francisco AVON 39 raised $3.1 million to accelerate breast cancer research; improve access to screening, diagnosis and treatment; and educate people about breast cancer. Our very own UCSF/ZSFG Genome Team raised over $29,000 and was one of the top 10 fundraising teams.
